pitiful! I ordered thru ftd....on the 3rd.for next day delivery...had to call ftd 6th no flowers were delivered...finally delivered on the 7th! my mothers roses included 5roses!! very skimpy arrangement!! so upset to see such a cheap arrangement. when I paid very well for these! were left in cold temps outside. The other arrangement I also purchased was ok,,, but such a rip off with what I paid for these two arrangement. My mommy is 82yrs old, recently had a heartattack, and two of my sisters have taken really good care of her getting her through these recovering days I felt they deserved beautiful flowers. I was in shock when I saw them yesterday!!!!
